Conventional orthotics on the market usually do not offer the optimal solution for the proper healing of a fracture after surgery or for delaying the worsening of a chronic condition. They also do not allow the patient’s skin to breathe, they should not get wet and they do not fit perfectly on the limb.

Using 3D Scanning and 3D Printing technology, we produce personalized splints designed for one patient only, which:

• fit perfectly on their limb,
• are water-proof,
• prevent pressure on unwanted areas, e.g. surgical incisions,
• allow movement of all joints that do not need to be immobilized,
• allow the skin to breathe as they have large pores and are not fully closed,
• are very easy to put on and take off with Velcro-type system and
• are designed with world-renowned software.
