Anti-Bribery Policy – Clinilab S.A.
CLINILAB manages incidents of bribery and corruption with zero tolerance, recognizing the importance of combating them and the negative effect any involvement in bribery could have on its image and reputation. It has therefore established and implements an Anti-Bribery Policy which includes the following.
The company:
- Acts with ethics and integrity. The management of CLINILAB is committed to contribute in any way it can to the prevention and combating of bribery and corruption. It also wants to ensure that all its partners apply the best practices.
- Complies with all laws related to the fight against bribery and is committed to meeting all the requirements of the ELOT EN ISO 37001:2016 standard and to the continuous improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System.
- Requires all employees to comply with state or European Union bribery laws applicable to the company.
- Applies a zero tolerance policy against Bribery / Corruption and is committed to operating with professionalism, legality and integrity in all its business dealings.
- Does not make donations to political parties and facilitation payments and bribery are expressly prohibited.
- Sensitizes and appropriately trains its staff through continuous anti-bribery updates and training.
Every CLINILAB member, employee and partner must oppose bribery/kickbacks and corruption and inform management of suspicious incidents related to such phenomena.
Associates and third parties may honestly report, without adverse consequences for them, incidents of bribery/kickbacks and corruption related to the action of CLINILAB in its administration. The purpose of the Company is to enhance transparency and for this reason the management will investigate all reports.
Reports must be made honestly and in good faith under this policy regarding suspicious incidents, even if those suspicions ultimately prove to be false. The Company reserves the right to take legal action, claiming any positive and collateral damage and moral harm that may be caused to it, due to fraudulent, false and fraudulent reporting of “incidents” of bribery and corruption.
